About the program

Red Cedar USA has developed a six-week DoD SkillBridge training opportunity designed to prepare a transitioning service member for potential full-time civilian employment as a Submarine PPEA Propulsion SIL. The program combines structured OJT, technical familiarization, guided document review, mentoring, observation, scenario-based exercises, weekly assessments, and a final capstone assessment. The SkillBridge period is a training experience. The participant remains an active-duty service member and will not be used as a substitute for funded contract labor or assigned responsibility for independent government contract deliverables during the SkillBridge period.
