About the program

At OKSI, we believe in owning problems end to end — from first concept through final delivery. We see it through! If you're looking for a place where you can take real ownership, stretch your skills, a place to grow your career while owning meaningful, mission-driven work, this is where you belong! If you're interested in this opportunity - please use the opportunity URL to apply. OKSI is a defense-focused technology company dedicated to enhancing warfighter capability through the research, development, manufacturing, and deployment of intelligent systems and software. We develop enhanced electro-optical/infrared systems (EO/IR), autonomous platforms, and sensor technologies. The OKSI Human Resource (HR) Coordinator SkillBridge opportunity will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle within a cleared defense contractor environment. The role requires close attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential and export-controlled information, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Jobs this program prepares you for

As a SkillBridge participant, you will engage in a structured HR Coordinator training program, not an employment role. Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will receive exposure to recruiting, onboarding, the administration of our employee benefits programs, and employee relations processes. This training opportunity is designed to prepare participants for long-term success in HR and the defense industry, while supporting OKSI’s mission to develop and deliver intelligent systems and software that support the warfighter.
