Strategic Initiative Lead
Jobs this program prepares you for
Lead the effort to develop and implement a current organizational strategic initiative. Reports to the Director of Field Operations. Coordinates with multiple staff and stakeholders. Research, analyze, develop solutions, and help implementation. Advance the mission of OCF in order to make a positive impact on the military community.
Eligibility & prerequisites
Excellent opportunity for leaders who have experience receiving commander's intent and leading a team to develop and implement solutions that have decisive impact in the field.
