Unlike other heavy equipment schools, HCA has a 1:1 ratio for student to equipment and provides a construction site atmosphere for the training. Students will spend approximately 70% of the course operating and being instructed on the following equipment: Skid Steer, Off Road Dump Truck, Backhoe, Front End Loader, Vibratory Roller, Motor Grader, Excavator, Bulldozer. • HCA provides each student Round trip transportation from anywhere in the United States. • Housing (private hotel room) is provided while in attendance. • HCA provides transportation each training day between the hotel and the academy. • Breakfast sandwich is provided at the hotel 7 days per week and the students receive lunch at the school 4 days per week.• PPE is provided by HCA (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and earplugs).
