The 90-day BlueDragon SkillBridge training program is designed for senior officers and enlisted personnel that are transitioning to leadership positions in the civilian workforce. in 90 days, BlueDragon interns will develop expertise in the most advanced root cause analysis methodologies, modern virtual frameworks, AI-enhanced data analysis, and strategic/proactive risk mitigation. Trainees will apply their military leadership experience alongside advanced causal analysis techniques to help organizations resolve longstanding, recurring, high-impact challenges. The program integrates cognitive bias training, data analytics, and AI-enhanced causal data analysis tools, preparing graduates for consulting in safety, risk management, and operations leadership roles. BlueDragon trained employees and consultants empower organizations to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and financial performance while reducing operational risks and fostering continuous improvement.
