About the program

We partner with Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) and follow their 12-week-long corporate fellowship model (11 weeks at the host company and 1 week onboarding with HOH). We provide Fellows with business-aligned project work across various locations and functions. We run three cohort cycles over the course of a year (Jan-March, May-July, August-November). Once Cummins is matched with a participant, we provide on-the-job training gaining first-hand experience in the private sector. Who Cummins is would go here. Cummins is a Fortune 500 company. We recognize the invaluable skills, dedication, and work ethic that Service Members bring to the table. As a global leader in the power solutions industry, we offer exciting technician opportunities that align perfectly with the expertise Service Members have honed during their service. Whether you have worked on complex systems, operated heavy machinery, or led teams in high-pressure environments, your experience is the foundation for a successful career at Cummins. We provide comprehensive training to ensure a seamless transition into the civilian workforce and a clear career path in the technical field. At Cummins, you will be part of a team that values diversity, growth, and development. We are committed to helping you build a fulfilling, long-term career with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a keen sense of purpose. Join us at Cummins through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program and be a part of something bigger. Let us power the future together while you continue to lead with excellence. Of note: We can adjust dates cycles and timelines on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to provide a full-time opportunity after an assignment ends; however, we are not able to guarantee it all the time.
