About the program
Sales/Operations: 60 – 90 days ISR/Operations OJT training program that provide the participants with a job rotation. Beginning with Equipment Associate training to become familiar with the equipment and earn required certificates. Upon completion, they progress into Inside Sales Representative (ISR) training. In this module each participant gain exposure to our internal state of the art system (RentalMan) to understand the full spectrum of our operation. This training/development as an ISR culminating with exposure to Outside Sales Rep and Salesforce Training.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services based on their needs. It's a great job for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. You'll multi-task, learn plenty and build your ability to drive sales and branch growth.As Operations Manager at United Rentals, you will leverage your leadership skills to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity. By working closely with the Branch Manager, you will ensure safety, world-class customer service and standard process compliance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Eligibility & prerequisites
Individuals with experience in maintenance that have grown into higher related positions of leadership and responsibility. Knowledge of equipment maintenance processes, safety, logistics, and planning are desirable traits. AA degree
