About the program

Our SkillBridge program is designed to both create organic opportunity in our divisions as well as to socialize SkillBridge participants into relationships with the clients we serve. Our design ensures multiple paths to sustainable success in the private sector. We work across the spectrum as security specialists, investigators, and trainers for their traveling executives as well as in leadership and team performance advisors. Since 2005 we've worked to feature the most relevant and appropriate hard skills, soft skills, and experiences that make our military extraordinary.

Jobs this program prepares you for

Personal Protection Officer, Licensed Private Investigator, Cyber Security specialist with a pathway towards CISO, Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Graphic Designer, Athletic Trainer and Therapist.

Eligibility & prerequisites

No prerequisite eligibility requirements

We are fortunate to have gained positions of trust with the senior leadership deeply interested in hiring veterans and veteran spouses. Our company exists to distill the most relevant and appropriate hard skills (MOS/NEC centric) soft skills (the qualities we expect in our teammates and fellow service-members) and experiences (global exposure, dynamic problem solving, cultural awareness) and serve as trusted advisors to the C-Suite on problems veterans are uniquely experienced in and qualified to solve. This allows veterans to meet leaders as peers, subject matter experts - in a position of strength, pride, and confidence.
