About the program

As a Training and Development Specialist Apprentice, you will play a key role in designing, conducting, and evaluating training and development programs to improve individual skills and organizational performance. This position involves analyzing organizational training needs, identifying and contacting ideal target customers, and assisting in the development of business management, project management, training, and technical curriculum programs.

This is a VIRTUAL position. You MUST have a clear, noise and distraction free working environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer (desktop PC), laptop, or tablet. NO cell phone use for this position.
