About the program

The Home Depot, an employer of over 35,000 veterans and military spouses, is a proud participant in the Department of Defense's SkillBridge program. We are excited to provide transitioning Service members the opportunity to join our Talent Acquisitions SkillBridge program. As one of the country's largest employers, hiring the best talent possible in the most efficient manner is critical to our team's success. Through our Talent Acquisition SkillBridge Program, fellows will be responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire external talent into our industry leading organization. In addition, our fellows will build talent pools and identify potential candidates by using cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract world class talent to complement and enhance our thriving culture of hard-working Associates. During their time with The Home Depot, fellows will be afforded critical business exposure and experience, training and networking opportunities, and the consideration for permanent roles. The Home Depot has been a strong supporter of the military. Learn more at http://careers.homedepot.com/military.
