About the program
We are looking for a professional, goal-oriented Business Development Representative to support new business development, prospecting, lead qualification, partner engagement, and opportunity generation across Tego’s portfolio. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead response, event follow-up, partner collaboration, and relationship building.

● Some knowledge of the information technology industry is required (you don’t have to be an expert).● Ability to qualify, penetrate, and develop new accounts via prospecting and follow-up.● Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers and influencers at various levels within target accounts.● Ability to carry an opportunity-generation process from initial outreach through qualification and handoff.● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.● Ability to work effectively with employees across functions and remote locations.
