Sales Associate - Job Training Program

TalentGuard is searching for an SDR to help lead and build the sales development program. This is an exciting opportunity where you will report to the head of sales and has a unique opportunity to fast-track into a closing role. This role will be an individual contributor who values daily team coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and autonomy to drive your success.

ResponsibilitiesAchieve specific daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
