About the program
This SkillBridge internship offers immersive training in Program Office operations management within a NAVAIR environment. The participant will gain real-world experience supporting contract execution, administrative coordination, and program management processes. The training emphasizes leadership, resource management, tasking workflows, and government liaison functions consistent with the duties of a Senior Operations Manager on a DoD contract.

Acts as the overall lead and primary interface with government authorities on technical and project issues. Oversees execution of contract requirements, manages acquisition and employment of program resources, and provides operational and administrative support to the NAVAIR Program Office. Duties include calendar management, correspondence preparation and routing, task tracking, and personnel coordination.
