About the program

This 120-day executive leadership training program is designed as a structured learning experience to prepare the participant to operate at the strategic level of a Safety Director overseeing multi-site, multi-discipline operations, including healthcare, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and remote facilities. The program emphasizes progressive learning in executive governance, regulatory compliance, supervision of Site Safety & Health Officers (SSHOs), enterprise risk reduction, safety performance management, and strategic oversight of safety systems across geographically dispersed operations. Through guided mentorship, hands-on participation, and exposure to executive-level roles, the participant will develop the competencies required to lead complex safety programs in federal and multi-industry environments.
