About the program

The General Aviation Maintenance Manager SkillBridge intern will work directly alongside the General Manager and senior A&P technicians to gain hands-on experience managing the day-to-day operations of a Part 91/Part 145 general aviation maintenance facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior NCO or Officer with an aviation maintenance background to translate their military leadership and technical expertise into the civilian General Aviation (GA) sector.

Jobs this program prepares you for

Interns will actively participate in planning, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and team coordination activities under the supervision of qualified aviation professionals.
