About the program

During the SkillBridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a structured schedule of events. This IT Specialist (Customer Support) SkillBridge Training Plan provides progressive, supervised technical training within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) operational environment. The SkillBridge Participant receives structured exposure to cybersecurity compliance enforcement, system access authorization procedures, workstation configuration standards, troubleshooting methodology, automation support processes, documentation control requirements, and inspection readiness preparation. Training progresses from foundational compliance instruction and system familiarization to supervised independent technical task execution with reduced prompting.
