Our mission is to empower veterans to leverage their unique abilities and develop the skills needed to thrive in a sales development role across multiple industries. We strive to help veterans develop a new purpose with clearly defined goals, become elite in their next profession, and gain access to hundreds of companies who understand the value of hiring veterans. Not only do we help veterans hone the skills needed to thrive in a sales environment, we will coach them throughout the hiring process from cradle to grave.

Sales Development Representatives focus on generating and qualifying new leads. They will establish initial contact with potential customers, identify their needs, and determine the potential for a sale. This involves conducting outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging to introduce a company's products or services.
