During the SkillBridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a schedule of events. This Human Resource Assistant (HRA) Training Plan is designed to provide the participant with structured exposure to applicant processing, personnel systems, testing operations, and operational workflows within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Training progresses from foundational systems and applicant registration to advanced operational processing, ASVAB testing administration, special category actions, and cumulative end-to-end applicant lifecycle management. The Testing Administrator component provides hands-on experience administering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) for both enlistment and student testing programs. The participant will support testing operations at the Las Vegas Remote Processing Station (LVRPS), designated MEPS testing facilities, and local high schools, ensuring compliance with testing procedures, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.Following each training period, the participant will be assessed on knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the designated curriculum. This training plan complies with Department of Defense SkillBridge program requirements and is structured to provide hands-on, supervised training aligned with civilian human resources, administrative, and testing administration career pathways.
