No technical experience is required. The role offers the potential to grow along a General Manager in Training path with Korte Does It All, an Apex Service Partners company.
Jobs this program prepares you for
The Drains Manager will own the growth and performance of the drain services department at Korte Does It All, an Apex Service Partners company. Responsibilities include driving revenue, sales, and productivity; setting clear performance expectations and holding the team accountable to them; and coaching and motivating personnel to achieve higher results. The Drains Manager will monitor KPIs, quickly address performance gaps, and build a culture of urgency and high performance. The role also includes recruiting and developing strong talent and working with dispatch and leadership to make the most of every opportunity. Experienced technical staff support the department, so the Drains Manager can focus on leading the team, driving sales, and taking ownership of results. The ideal candidate is competitive, process-oriented, and motivated by growth, with the goal of growing the department rather than maintaining it.
Eligibility & prerequisites
Experience leading or managing people (extensive leadership experience not required); comfort holding a team accountable to clear performance expectations; a strong sales and results focus; a process-oriented approach to work; and motivation to grow into a larger leadership role.
