Eligibility & prerequisites
Participants must be medically cleared by their physician prior to beginning dive training. Participants must be available to train/work approximately 30-40 hours/week during the program.
Program cost is for PADI Divemaster Crewpack, which contains required materials purchased directly from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors for use while in-training to become a PADI Professional. These vital resources will continue to be used throughout the participants career as a Divemaster, Scuba Instructor, and Emergency First Response Instructor. They include the PADI Instructor Manual, lesson plans for in-water training (reusable waterproof slates), divemaster-conducted program slates, CPR and First Aid teaching guides, as well as access to the entire digital library of PADI Professional materials. These materials are provided at-cost for our Skillbridge Participants, saving them thousands of dollars on the essential materials they will use as they embark on their new career in scuba diving. If the associated cost is too high, we can make other arrangements with participants on a case-by-case basis.
