About the program
The PowerSmith Solar Sales Advisors SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members and veterans with comprehensive training in solar energy sales. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and skills needed to become successful sales advisors in the renewable energy industry.

Eligibility & prerequisites
Must be an honorably discharged or transitioning service memberAbility to work in a hybrid environment (online plus field)Strong communication and customer service skills
Hybrid training includes online learning and in-person mentoringParticipants may be eligible for permanent hire after program completion
