About the program

Phaedrus LLC is an engineering company which serves its clients in pursuit of complex systems project execution.

Jobs this program prepares you for

Phaedrus makes key talent acquisitions, and hires Principal Staff for the following duties:Engagement with subject matter experts, end-users, stakeholders, and decision makers often at the senior leadership levels of the Department of Defense (DoD). Phaedrus Principals will prepare and brief audiences, often helping leaders make major acquisition decisions or policy changes. Project execution among small groups of highly skilled professionals. Principals operate in flat structures, using tools and methods that promote the rapid generation of artifacts which enable technical interchange and decisions. Phaedrus often works rapidly against deadlines across numerous projects, and so small groups work together to ensure balance and efficiency. Mission Analysis. Principals tend to bring a significant amount of mission knowledge to teams, and are able to provide complex synthesis regarding how technology can potentially improve mission execution. Systems Engineering. Where Principals may not be practiced in the professional application of systems engineering and systems lifecycle management (i.e., concepts, architectures, implementation planning, test and evaluation, technology transition and sustainment), they understand broader mission area aspects such as threat environment, mission needs of the associated force structure, and a range of relevant knowledge spanning strategic, operational, and tactical areas of concern. Principals are typically strong students of systems engineering who can learn to apply their knowledge in order to help generate artifacts and bring about technical exchange in pursuit of our clients’ needs.
