The Project Manager at Payne Construction and Concrete is responsible for overseeing the execution of residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Duties include managing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position involves both field and office responsibilities, such as reading blueprints, preparing cost estimates, tracking budgets, and communicating with clients and crews. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to specification.
