About the program

This Human Resource Assistant (HRA) Training Plan is designed to provide the participant with structured exposure to applicant processing, personnel systems, and operational workflows within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Training progresses from foundational systems and applicant registration to advanced operational processing, special category actions, and cumulative end-to-end applicant lifecycle management. Following each training period, the participant will be assessed on knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the designated curriculum. This training plan complies with Department of War SkillBridge program requirements and is structured to provide hands-on, supervised training aligned with civilian human resources and administrative career pathways. Training activities are aligned with established USMEPCOM Human Resource Assistant sustainment matrices, standardized processing procedures, and applicable USMEPCOM regulations to ensure consistency, auditability, and alignment with enterprise HRA training standards.
