The Mechanical Technician SkillBridge opportunity provides transitioning service members with hands-on mechanical manufacturing experience at a FORTUNE 150 company, which is also the largest steel manufacturer and recycler in North America.

Responsibilities include executing a reliability-based maintenance program to ensure optimal performance of mill equipment, as well as developing and implementing projects for continuous improvement.
Eligibility & prerequisites
The role is with a pay-for-performance company. Most maintenance teammates easily make 100K with the total compensation package, which includes profit sharing and production bonuses.
