Upon completion of this SkillBridge training program, the participant will complete approximately 400 hours of supervised Human Resource Assistant operational training and will demonstrate documented proficiency in core MEPS applicant processing and administrative workflows, including applicant registration, documentation management, scheduling, tracking, accession and DEP processing, quality review, reconciliation, shipping, and special category processing. The participant will demonstrate the ability to function in a live MEPS operational environment as a Human Resource Assistant under supervisory oversight, independently managing assigned workflows with minimal prompting while maintaining required accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and professional standards.
