About the program

The MSSA Cleared Talent Accelerator (MCTA) is a bespoke program designed to prepare military-affiliated participants with Top Secret-SCI+ clearances. The program offers two different learning paths with each path targeting 2 distinct Microsoft-specific roles: MCTA Learning path 1: Consultant and Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) roles MCTA Learning path 2: Project Manager (PjM) and Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) roles In addition to security clearance requirements, this program has a duration of 90 days, targeting transitioning service members who otherwise would not be able to take advantage of a longer program under service restrictions for Skillbridge. Like our standard MSSA offerings, this program also blends professional development with technical training tailored for these job roles.
