Eligibility & prerequisites
Experience navigating military personnel processes — in-processing, out-processing, PCS/orders, personnel record systems. Comfort handling sensitive or personally identifiable information with discretion. Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear, structured documents. Comfort operating within defined compliance processes, checklists, and regulatory requirements. Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive (Word/Docs, Excel/ Sheets) for documentation and tracking. Access to a personal laptop capable of running standard business software (MKD does not currently provide loaner equipment). No college degree or prior civilian HR experience required. Experience with structured counseling, evaluation, or one-on-one personnel conversations is a plus.
