Job Training Program

The Montessori Administrator provides leadership and management to a Montessori school with a primary focus on improving student achievement in keeping with the school mission and vision, while maintaining the health and safety of all students and staff.

The Montessori Administrator will ensures adherence to school laws and regulations, supervises the educational programs, aids in creating and maintaining school budget, collaborates with the leadership team to develop school improvement plans and to facilitate professional learning, researches and applies for any available grants, Works in partnership with families and students, Applies school's vision, mission and school improvement priorities to recruitment and selection of staff, and assists in other daily tasks as seen fit by the Headmaster/Board of Directors.
