About the program

Lee Company's Career SkillBridge program seeks to provide meaningful training and possible post-service employment to Veterans. At Lee Company we don't just talk about our commitment to the Veteran community - we live it. We are a recipient of the HIRE Vets Medallion Award, earned by leading businesses that demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to hiring and retaining veterans. The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is based on several criteria, ranging from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and training assistance programs.
