About the program

Pink's Window Services is a fast-growing home and commercial window cleaning franchise operating across the Washington DC Metro Area (Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC). We are seeking high-caliber transitioning service members for our General Manager (GM) SkillBridge internship — a hands-on leadership role that trains you to run a full franchise operation from day one. The GM is the cornerstone of our business: you will lead a team, drive revenue, manage operations, and build lasting relationships in your community. Pink's Brand Promise is to be "The Best Houseguest Ever" — and we believe the discipline, integrity, and leadership of our nation's military heroes make them the perfect fit. This internship is a direct pathway to full-time, salaried employment. Zero cost to the service member. All branches welcome.
