In this role, you will implement, configure, and optimize the ILIAS Enterprise Suite for defense and aerospace customers—translating real-world maintenance and sustainment workflows into effective software solutions that keep aircraft mission-ready. Working with customers from implementation through sustainment, you will document business processes, resolve gaps in system functionality, support user acceptance testing (UAT), lead workshops, and deliver end-user training.
