The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with hand tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

What you will do...Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance and repair activities.Collaborate with other technicians and departments to support overall equipment reliability and workplace safety.Inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of hand tools (manual and power tools) to ensure optimal performance and safety.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hand tools, identifying root causes of malfunctions or failures.Calibrate hand tools according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.Document all maintenance, repairs, and calibrations performed, maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies.Communicate with manager regarding service priorities and status.Assist with loading and unloading of products in the warehouse, on trailers or vehicles.Deploy to manage onsite tool projects as needed. Duration of duty varies by project.Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and care of hand toolsOperate equipment such as a forklift, parts picker, or motor vehicle.
