We partner with Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) and follow their 12-week-long corporate fellowship model (11 weeks at the host company and 1 week onboarding with HoH). We provide Fellows with business-aligned project work across various PAs, the opportunity to complete Google Career Certificates, and various professional development sessions. We run three cohort cycles over the course of a year (Jan-March, May-July, August-November).
