Participants will learn how to manage remodeling and installation projects efficiently while developing essential communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
Eligibility & prerequisites
Weekly Check-ins: Regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and learning outcomes.Mentorship: Pair the intern with a mentor (project manager or customer service leader) for guidance.Learning Resources: Provide access to online courses, articles, or books on project management andcustomer service.Daily Routine: (Mon – Fri): 0800-1600
