This SkillBridge program is designed to provide transitioning service members with an immersive, hands-on learning experience in the financial services industry. Participants will gain foundational knowledge, practical skills, and learn the regulatory standards and expectations to become a licensed professional. The program includes a blend of live online training, self-paced study, and on-the-job training (OJT) under the guidance of your assigned Licensed Trainer.

As a Life & Annuities Licensed Financial Professional, you will partner with a broker-dealer specializing in financial education and personalized solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through comprehensive financial strategies, focusing on life insurance, annuities, and other investment products tailored to their unique goals. This role requires expertise in financial planning, excellent interpersonal skills, and a client-focused approach to promote financial literacy and security.
