About the program

Facility Security Officers (FSO) are in high demand across the country to support the National Industrial Security Program and cleared companies. Your military personnel security experience is a great foundation but most companies need a trained/certified FSO familiar with the challenges/solutions supporting contractors. We are looking for experienced (5+ year) personnel security professionals who want to continue protecting national security. FSO Source is a growing company focused on providing industrial security support to small businesses and is looking for interns who are ready to transition to supporting cleared companies who support over 50 different federal agencies (DOD, DHS, DoJ, DOE, DOS...) Our 3-4 month program is a mixture of CDSE online training, on site training, and internship that will prepare you for future employment within FSO Source (for the only best) or one of the 20K cleared companies in the United States.
