About the program

This SkillBridge program provides transitioning Service Members with structured, full-time training in global security operations, incident management, travel risk management, and intelligence support within a 24/7 Global Response Center (GRC) environment. The program is designed to translate military operational, intelligence, and crisis-response experience into civilian competencies applicable to Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), corporate security teams, and risk-management organizations. Participants will receive progressive instruction and hands-on training aligned with Exlog Global’s established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incident action plans, and intelligence frameworks. Training emphasizes risk-based decision-making, incident triage and escalation, crisis communications, persistent threat monitoring, and intelligence production in support of real-world operational requirements.
