About the program
• Plans, leases/purchases, deploys/installs system level technical support and remote management for workstations or network printers.• Tests and evaluates new PC packages• Performs equipment testing and vendor support management activities• Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on customer questions and resolves problems or malfunctions of systems applications, hardware or software• Utilizes appropriate Information Management processes to carry out work assignments • Maintains specific knowledge of the functionality of assigned products supported • Isolates and communicates resolution of simple problems.
