Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.Civil/Site development including grading design; roadway design; storm water management systems design; sanitary sewer design, water design, and water reuse design; and erosion and sediment control design for private, municipal, state, and federal clients.Work with a Professional Engineer in preparing all associated drawing packages, deliverables, calculations, reports, and spreadsheets.Work on design teams in collaboration with other disciplines to achieve project goals and deadlines.The Work is fast-paced and diverse, ranging from general civil engineering duties to technical work that requires strong communication and capabilities in AutoCAD, Civil3D, ICPR, ALDOT, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and BlueBeam.Position will require learning and becoming proficient in Dewberry engineering practices and standards, and other Dewberry-specific software programs.BS degree in Civil Engineering.EIT is required.AutoCad required and Civil3D preferable.Able to work on teams on different task and meets project deadlines.Work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.Communicates effectively.Composes technical reports, permit documents, memorandums and other written communication such as email.Other duties as required.Join Dewberry and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
