Our 6 month training program is customized for every individual, regardless of industry experience, giving you access to our owners and senior level mentors who will support and guide you every step of the way.A large percentage of training will be conducted at your home base territory. Our 180 day course will prepare you to executive your personalized business plan we develop together. As a Design Pro Regional Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of your home remodeling company. Your role involves strategic planning, business development, project management, team leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of residential renovation projects. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality remodeling services, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
