About the program

BR Systems (Building & Repair Systems), a Nashville, TN based commercial construction firm headquartered , offers a DoD SkillBridge internship intended to transition into a full-time Assistant Project Manager (APM) position upon successful completion and mutual fit (employment not guaranteed per SkillBridge policy). The participant is embedded with our project management and field operations teams and learns commercial construction delivery end-to-end — preconstruction through closeout. The program translates the leadership, planning, logistics, and accountability service members already own into the construction PM environment. The participant remains on active-duty pay and benefits throughout; there is no cost to the service member. This is a deliberate career on-ramp, not a job-shadow.
