About the program

This is the perfect position for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman tasks while building a rewarding career.Internship will take place both in the field, where you'll work alongside experienced Installers on real job sites, and at our training center in San Diego. You will be required to drive to the job sites, but don’t worry - we’ll reimburse you for mileage. At the end of the SkillBridge program, you could be offered a full-time position as an Installer Assistant, with a clear path to advancing to a full Installer role.
