Business Management - Internship

Support the business and organizational needs. Assist with business administration tasks. Strive to enable and empower the organization to achieve excellence. Report directly to the VP of Business Management.

Own and manage the business risk and opportunity log. Ensure mitigations and capture strategies are successfully achieved. Manage and issue departmental budgets and provide associated reporting. Work closely with other departments to ensure financial practices align with organizational goals and support business operations. Track contract performance, deadlines, deliverables and payments. Own and manage the training program. Work with managers to assess training needs and design training programs. Ensure employees have the necessary training to support the demands of the role they are performing.
