About the program

The Human Resources Management Fellowship is a 26-week SkillBridge program designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on, high-level HR management experience in a corporate environment. Participants will gain exposure to all major HR functions—including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational development—while contributing directly to company growth.Through a structured, phased curriculum, fellows will progress from foundational HR knowledge and onboarding to strategic leadership and independent execution of HR initiatives. Guided by senior HR professionals, participants will develop the skills necessary to transition into senior-level HR roles in the civilian workforce. This program blends practical HR operations, leadership development, and career coaching, ensuring service members leave with both the technical expertise and confidence to succeed in human resources management beyond military service.
