About the program

This hands-on role is designed for a transitioning service member through the DoD Skill Bridge program, offering a unique opportunity to apply military-honed skills in discipline, leadership, and operational efficiency to a dynamic corporate environment. As a Cross-Functional Analyst, you will build, document, and optimize core processes across headquarters while gaining practical exposure to the contracting world. This includes shadowing contract negotiations, reviewing compliance requirements, and understanding government and commercial contracting workflows to bridge your military expertise with civilian business operations. You will partner with leaders in Project/Program Management, Finance & Accounting, HR, IT/InfoSec, and Contracts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive scalable growth. By mapping workflows, designing improvements, and implementing changes, you will help ensure mission-critical tasks are executed with precision, much like in a military operation. This position provides valuable civilian experience, networking opportunities, and skill-building in business operations, setting you up for a successful post-service career.
