Eligibility & prerequisites

Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team. Basic mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to safely lift equipment and work in residential or commercial environments are preferred. A valid driver's license is preferred.
All Around Cooling & Heating provides transitioning service members with real-world field experience, mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on HVAC training.Participants gain exposure to residential and light commercial HVAC operations, customer service, dispatch coordination, safety procedures, diagnostics, and installation best practices.Potential opportunities for long-term employment may be available based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of the program.
