The Mobile Notary Specialist is responsible for providing professional notary and administrative services to clients in various settings, including homes, offices, healthcare facilities, and legal environments. This role involves performing notarizations for a wide range of documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with state laws and ethical standards.Key responsibilities include preparing and notarizing legal documents, administering oaths, assisting with real estate closings, facilitating marriage licenses, and officiating wedding ceremonies. The specialist will also manage scheduling, dispatching notaries, creating invoices, and maintaining records. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for building trust and fostering positive client relationships.This role requires attention to detail, the ability to adapt to various environments, and proficiency with notary technology, including Remote Online Notarization (RON).
