## Summary

This internship provides a rotational experience across UPMC's Supply Chain Operations. The intern progresses through structured weekly rotations—Orientation, Receiving, Par Management, OR Supply Management, Team Lead functions, and Field Coordinator projects. The program emphasizes hands‑on learning, mentorship, and exposure to executive‑level leadership. This opportunity is available at each of our facilities throughout PA, Western MD, and SW NY.

## Job description

Supports hospital supply chain functions across multiple operational areas. The intern learns end‑to‑end distribution flow, receiving processes, par management, OR supply operations, team lead responsibilities, and regional field coordination. Work is performed through shadowing, on‑the‑job training, and supervised assignments within UPMC's Supply Chain Operations department. This opportunity is available at each of our facilities throughout PA, Western MD, and SW NY.
