## Summary

We are looking for an individual who is organized and energetic, enjoys travel, and thrives in a constantly changing work environment. Must be very comfortable with technology systems as we utilize many different types of hardware and software systems. Must be very organized and able to follow defined systems and processes. Someone who is handy, comfortable with power tools, and able to solve unique challenges which arise in the event industry. This position requires someone who can work flexible hours, travel, has creativity and a desire for perfection. You must be detail oriented, self-managed, and adjust to the changing needs of our clients. We have a culture of excitement and inspiration by allowing you to take ownership of your role and position as manager. Most of our work takes place on professional golf tours but we also execute experiences at trade shows, golf outings, other professional sporting events, conferences, and more. We produce all events for GOLFTEC and work for many fortune 500 companies.

## Job description

ROLES & DUTIES• Extensive travel required. (Busiest season is February through August)• Manage and Execute Event Programming. • Coordinate with Production Manager and Warehouse Manager• Manage Event Setup and Execution• Support and maintain, organize, and inventory assemblies and equipment
